The Nikko Classic is a testament to old-world fly fishing tradition — a fully hand-polished, all-black reel with gold accents, born from the workshops of Yokohama. Every component is machined, assembled, and finished by hand, making each reel a singular object as much as it is a tool.
Craftsmanship & Materials
- All-metal body crafted from 6061 aluminum alloy, 300-series stainless steel, and brass
- Classic black backing plate with hand-polished lathe lines — gold frame, gold spool, and gold foot (silver option also available)
- S-Handle knob: hand-turned black ebonite rod for a refined, tactile grip
- Classic Click & Pawl drag — producing a delicate, elegant ticking sound on the run
- All components hand-polished and individually assembled
